Service Description
Large group trip? Let’s make it stress-free. This service is for groups of 6 or more and includes destination planning, lodging options, payment coordination, and optional rooming list support. Final price depends on group size and complexity. Starting at $150. This service does not require a meeting. Once your payment and intake form are submitted, I'll begin planning your custom trip.
Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable travel planning fee is required to begin any research or itinerary development. Fee Structure: • $25 for 1–2 travelers (individual trips) • $5 per additional traveler (up to 4 total) • $100 for small group trips (5 travelers) • Starting at $150 for large group trips (6+ travelers) — final pricing depends on group size, complexity, and number of destinations. This fee covers destination research, lodging & flight quotes, and itinerary customization. It is not applied toward your final trip balance. Planning will begin once payment and your intake form are received. If you choose not to book, the fee remains non-refundable.
