Overview
By using this website or booking services through A Journey With Purpose, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this site and any services or products offered.
Travel Planning Fees & Booking Policy
All planning fees are non-refundable and must be paid in full before any travel research begins.
Fee Structure:
• $25 for individual trips (1–2 travelers), plus $5 per additional traveler (up to 4 total)
• $100 flat fee for small group trips (5 travelers)
• Starting at $150 for large groups (6+ travelers), based on group size and complexity
Planning fees cover time, research, and itinerary curation — and do not apply to the total cost of your trip. Travel quotes are valid for a limited time and are subject to change based on supplier availability.
All bookings and payments may be processed through trusted third-party platforms such as TravelJoy, PayPal, or Stripe. Monthly payment plans may be available and are subject to a 3.5% + $0.30 processing fee per transaction.
Group Trip Terms & Responsibilities
For all group trips hosted by A Journey With Purpose (e.g., Bali Bliss, ThaiLaysia Temptation, Lucian Luxe Getaway), the following policies apply:
• All deposits and payments are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated in the specific trip terms
• A signed Terms & Conditions agreement and intake form must be submitted before participation is confirmed
• Clients are responsible for reviewing trip details, inclusions, exclusions, deadlines, and roommate matching policies
• Roommate matching is offered but not guaranteed — single occupancy fees may apply if a match is not available
• Travelers agree to comply with group expectations, behavior policies, and any country-specific entry or health requirements
BNPL (Buy Now, Pay Later) options may be available for select group trips. If used, funds may be received directly by A Journey With Purpose and applied on your behalf to suppliers. These pass-through payments are documented and used solely for trip fulfillment.
Vendor Liability & General Disclaimer
A Journey With Purpose acts as a travel planning and coordination service — not as the direct supplier of flights, hotels, or excursions. We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes by third-party vendors. All bookings are subject to the individual supplier's terms and conditions.
Clients must ensure their travel documents (passports, visas, vaccinations) are valid and meet destination requirements. A Journey With Purpose is not responsible for denied boarding or entry due to documentation issues.
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and apply to all current and future bookings.
