Hailey booked our flight to stay in charlotte overnight just so we wouldn’t waste a day of just traveling so I loved that . The resort we stayed at was 10/10 she made sure that we all had enough space and everyone was comfortable. Our Butler was very nice and had all of our breakfast and dinner planned , very organized. The excursions were nicely planned and everything was on time very organized as well.
